BPF promises prosperity for all

Correspondent
UDALGURI, April 7 – “We have no differences with our ruling partner Congress. We’re in cordial understanding, but as a party worker of Bodoland People’s Front (BPF), it will be my prime duty to campaign for our candidate for the 8 Mangaldoi Parliamentary constituency.” This was said by Rihon Doimari, PHE Minister here at Udalguri while talking to this correspondent.

Talking in favour of the ruling regional party, Daimari further said that the trend of development in the BTC region in last three years itself does the campaigning for the party to make people realise what we are doing. Our party is committed to ensure security, prosperity and communal harmony in the region.

The PHE minister further said that Dina Nath Das, the BPF candidate for Mangaldoi LS constituency is a person with clean and humble image and we do hope that people outside the BTC area too accord support to him and if elected, the MP fund would be properly utilised by him outside the BTC so that the backward regions outside the BTC falling under the Mangaldoi HPC too gallop on the track of development along with other parts of BTC region.

The minister also criticised the AGP-BJP alliance saying that their alliance is limited only up to election hours which is best understood by the voters. ASSAM TRIBUNE
